8pixel HEIC conversion third-party notice

HEIC files that the browser cannot read are converted locally by libheif-js
1.23.5, incorporating libheif and libde265. These libraries are distributed
under the GNU Lesser General Public License; see the exact upstream licence
bundle below for all copyright notices and applicable terms. They are provided
without warranty. The browser facade changes only Node-only fs/path/crypto require calls into
explicit throws and appends an ESM export. Its generator and original sources
are included. Pixel decoding code is unchanged.

The decoder runs in a separate module worker. Users may modify or replace this
LGPL component. 8pixel does not prohibit reverse engineering this component
for debugging such modifications. The corresponding source archive includes
pinned library and wrapper sources, build scripts, compiler source/version,
and the application worker/interface source needed for rebuilding/relinking.
It includes instructions for substituting a rebuilt worker using a browser
local response override or in a locally served copy, without secrets or keys.
